I am now in my 73rd year on this planet, 55 of those years I was a member of the Mormon Church holding callings from Branch President to Elders Quorum teacher.
After many years of changes to the doctrines's of the church, I decided it was time to distance myself and explore and search for my own path. It has been an exciting and at times costly move, but one I would gladly do again.
I decided to design this web site not as an attack on the church or it's members, but as a chance for me to share with anyone who is interested the history and events that have led me to this decision.
I think the Mormon Church has helped family's to become closer together and has done much good helping disaster victims through out the world. However when you really study the unedited history from original documents, letters and 1st person accounts you begin to see things from an entirely different perspective.
I have done my best to show just a small look into the origins of the Church and the people that were instrumental in shaping the doctrines and rules.
My prayer to God has always been on the same subject. "Please show me the truth of all things, I am willing to do anything you ask just to understand what is true and what is not. I will make any sacrifice you require for truth," And one of the answers I received is
